Hi friends!
A mundane, housekeeping update before we dive in: I migrated this newsletter over to Substack, so if there are duplicate sends or weird glitches—my apologies. I’m in the midst of learning all the things. The good news is, many of you are already familiar with Substack. Plus, this provides me with the opportunity to offer a paid subscription option and a founding member option (for those who want to generously pledge their support). The mundane aside…
Rich Reflection
A big hello from Miami, where I type this while sitting outside at a café. December in 80-degree weather always feels a bit funny for a Northeastern girl. Don’t get me wrong, it feels great, but also funny. Why? Because I tend to associate December with snow and scarves. Although ever since 2020, life has become increasingly location agnostic—so I started exploring different climates during the winter months. That said, I sit here at year-end in sunglasses that reflect the sun, all the while I reflect on 2024.
This year, I had the honor and pleasure of sharing all things Invisible Wealth through various speaking engagements, including in Davos during the World Economic Forum, at Microsoft, The Financial Times Festival, JPMorgan Private Bank, Family Office Exchange, Tiger21, and Bernstein Private Wealth—plus others.
I share this with you only because it reflects the fact that the concept of redefining wealth is permeating the zeitgeist. The zeitgeist is the invisible spirit influencing societal shifts; it's the cultural climate that we collectively experience (regardless of where you’re sitting, geographically). With that, it’s fascinating that we’re collectively revisiting and redefining the wealth conversation. Many are embracing the rebrand of wealth—embracing the notion that wealth is more than (just) money.
But what does this redefinition, this shift, this rebrand mean to you? Herein comes the invitation for rich reflection (whether you’re reading this in sunglasses, in a scarf, or otherwise).

Increase Your Wealth in 2025
Through a reflective lens, perhaps it’s valuable to look at your definition of wealth as we head into the new year. What does being “wealthy” mean to you? While thinking about this question, you might consider how your concept of wealth reflects in your daily thoughts, beliefs, and decisions. You might consider how your definition of wealth defines the richness (or dullness) of your life.
As we explored in the first newsletter, Invisible Wealth puts forth the idea that you’re wealthy when you have an abundance of what you value. The question then becomes: what do you value and why? You decide what you value most during different times in life. Of course. And here’s the thing:
What you value is often deemed important, and
What’s important is often deemed a priority, and
What’s priority is often deemed a goal.
Therefore, what you value and your goals will mirror each other if you want to live a truly wealthy life. Sounds great, but how do you actually do this?
For starts, you can reference the 5 Principles of Invisible Wealth framework for inspiration as you decide what’s most valuable to you (in the year ahead). This framework supports the redefinition, the shift, and the rebrand of wealth—to include money, yes, but to also extend beyond money. Each principle presents a group of assets that we go through life wanting to attain more of, albeit at different points in time. Here are the 5 Principles:
1) Money and Investment
2) Health and Quality of Life
3) Knowledge, Status, & Influence
4) Time, Energy, & Experiences
5) Relationship with Self, & Others
Which of these principles is most valuable to you? In other words, which asset do you want to attain, maintain, and optimize most in 2025? Which asset do you want to invest in, for purposes of growing it? For example, do you want to focus on your money, your health, or your relationships?
Once you’ve identified which principle is most valuable (and therefore your priority), you can then design your new year’s resolution accordingly. And here’s what’s fun: you’ll become wealthier as you gain more of what you value most. Design your goals accordingly. The richness of your life depends on it. And remember, wealth is more than (just) money.
Enjoy the collective climate, and waves of change underway.
The wind is at your back, and all is in your favor.
Wishing you your wealthiest year yet.
Warmly,
Jen
